I’ve used hundreds of these in my gunsmithing business since I started 12 years ago and consider them essential for applying solvent cleaning oil to gun parts after the parts-washer. They’re great for lubricating and cleaning the holes in trigger housings and reaching into the interior of bolt housings and other deep cavities, like reloading dies. I don’t get the chance to clean them since I use them until shredded, but often employ a shredded one’s handle to stir epoxy before throwing it out. I don’t know how I’d get by without them!
