We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We allow a 15 day return if the swabs are in NEW condition and are returned in its original packaging. All orders that are returned are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Shipping is handled by the customer.

Question: What is the order process?
Answer: Once your order is placed on our site you will receive an automated email confirming your order. You will receive another email with a tracking number, if available, once it has shipped. If you do not receive an email confirming your order within 12 hours of placing your order please contact us via email. We only accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club Card as forms of payment.

Question: How will my order be shipped?
Answer: Orders shipped to the 48 contiguous states will be shipped USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be shipped United States Postal Service. International destinations are shipped United States Postal Service. Tracking is unavailable for international destinations and all sales are final.

Answer: The foam heads hold up well to most solvents provided they are not left in the solvent for an extended period of time.
